COVID-19 – Perth Photo Booth Hire Industry Heads Into Hibernation.
As with many of our events industry friends, and more recently the wider community, Adept Photo Booths will not be conducting events until the ban is lifted on public gatherings in the interests of public safety.
In the words of one of our industry family: ‘What a massive year it has been this week!’
Whilst this has dramatically affected our business like many others, we are committed to doing the right thing by our community and will not be taking bookings for house parties or events while this ban is in place. Our first priority is that all of our friends, family, clients and stakeholders are safe during this time so we encourage you to abide by the government rules and postpone your event as hard as this may be to do so. we will continue to act on this advice that is regularly updated at https://www.australia.gov.au/
Adept Photo Booths responded to the ban on large gatherings of 100 people or more in mid-March and risks associated with the Corona Virus by removing props and offering drop off photo booths to allow for a photo booth host to not take up any of the numbers at the event.
It has now become clear that for the immediate future we should all stay at home with our families and self-isolate, which we will be doing. It doesn’t mean that we are closing down however so here are a few point to note for our existing and any future bookings.
What Does The Event Shut Down This Mean For Currently Perth Photo Booth Hire Dates?
All confirmed bookings will either be delivered as promised if they are scheduled for after the ban is lifted on public events. if your event is effected, or there is a change that it will be effected, you will have the opportunity to transfer to a new date if we have a photo booth available. There will be no additional charge for a change of date.
If you are forced to cancel your event, we are offering full refunds to clients as we feel this is the right thing to do.
When Will Photo Booth Hire In Perth be Available Again?
We truly wish that we knew the answer to this question. The reality is that we will continue to comply with the Government regulations relating to public gatherings as a matter of principal and public safety.
We do anticipate however that this summer will be a busy event season, as we have had a number of postponed events take up new dates already in what is always a busy September to December period. I would certainly encourage you to enquire and put a hold on your date. this especially relates to our premium offerings of our 360 Photo Booth and Vintage Photo Booth.
Can I Book A Photo Booth For Later In The Year or Next Year?
Absolutely! We are still taking bookings and anticipate this summer to be extremely busy once people are allowed out of their houses, we could not think of a better reason to party! We would encourage you to give us a call to talk about your event as, hey, we’ve got plenty of time on our hands at the moment : )
if your date is effected by Covid-19, we will transfer your booking completely free of charge, so you do not need to worry about any financial or contractual obligation that is out of your control.
We acknowledge that everyone is hurting at the moment. We are too. One thing we are confident of is that humanity will prevail and we are more resolved than ever in our mission to connect people, brands and experiences.
