Photo Booths Become More Popular Every Year
Speaking to photo booth operators across Australia, a common theme was that demand for photo booths is on the rise. The offerings and trends may change, but every photo booth company that we spoke to mentioned that they had experience growth in the last 12 months.
The Photo Experience Continues to Evolve
2019 was the first time that the ‘traditional’ enclosed photobooth was not displayed on the trade show floor. The definition of a photobooth seems to be continually challenged with a focus switching from the hardware and booth itself to the output and photo experience that is created.
As technology advances, the appetite for a new and increasingly engaging photo experience is always present. We are excited to see how this trend plays out on the international stage at Photo Booth Expo in Las Vegas this year.
Collaboration is The Key
In any emerging industry there are innovators, early adopters and followers. BoothCon saw every aspect of the industry represented where ideas where shared and photo booth hire companies could offer their own two cents of wisdom.
With such varied backgrounds of people in the industry, even new photo booth operators had some great advice to offer the veterans in the group. This forum to talk openly about how each individual adds value to their clients provided a lot of value to us, as we ask a lot of questions!
